Alwanga eyes Karuturi points

06 November 2013, 15:14

Nairobi - The last match of the 2013 Kenyan Premier League (KPL) season for Ruaraka based side KCB will be a trip to Naivasha where they will be taking on relegated side Karuturi Sports on Saturday.

Ahead of the game, the Bankers’ prolific forward Clifford Alwanga says they are eyeing a win for a strong finish to an amazing season; a season that saw the team qualify for its first ever Top 8 Cup.

The striker, reflecting on the season, lauded coach Juma Abdalla who is credited with the team’s transformation after taking over from James Omondi at the end of the 2012 season, saying he is a great motivator.
