Nairobi - Ulinzi Stars head coach Salim Ali has lauded his boys for showing great competitive spirit in their East African Military games opening match at Kasarani.
The Kenyan Premier League side came from behind to level scores against the Uganda People Defence Forces [UPDF] in their clash on Wednesday. Salim exuded confidence that the team will keep improving into the next matches of the two-week tournament.
“There was great character in my team coming from two goals down to level the scores, though we had many chances that we should have made better use of throughout the match,” he said.
