AFC Leopards call for SGM

Nairobi - AFC Leopards will hold a special general meeting (SGM) to chart the way forward on Sunday at the Nyayo National Stadium, as they try a second time to come up with a new constitution.
In a letter to club members signed by the club acting secretary general Duncan Angode, and copied to registrar of societies, the only agenda item is debate and ratification of the proposed constitution.
Angode disclosed that the notice was sent and received by the registrar on October 29 in line with the Societies Act that requires a minimum seven days notice for a special general meeting.
