Lionesses settle for 11th in rugby qualifiers

Nairobi - The Kenyan women's rugby team beat Mexico 55-0 in their final match of
the IRB Women's Sevens World Series qualifiers in Hong Kong on Sunday.
That victory was the Lionesses' only victory of the event, after
losing 0-31 to Japan, 0-45 to eventual winners Fiji and 5-19 to
Argentina on Friday, as well as tasting defeat to Hong Kong on Saturday.
The Kenyans lost 14-12 to the hosts.
As a result, Fiji, China, France and South Africa qualify for the finals of the Series.
