Kimetto back in action after record breaking run

Nairobi - World marathon record holder Dennis Kimetto is set to follow in the
footsteps of a long-distance running legend when he competes at the
Montferland Run in Heerenberg, Netherlands in December.
The race will be his first since breaking the world record at the
Berlin Marathon in September, just as it was for Kimetto’s countryman
and previous record holder Wilson Kipsang after he broke the record in
2013 and just as it was for Haile Gebrselassie in 2007 after he set a

Gebrselassie went on to win in Holland, while Kipsang finished fifth
and Kimetto will be hoping to emulate the Ethiopian instead of his
