Nairobi - Kenya sevens stalwart Collins Injera has lauded the arrival of South African coach Paul Treu.
Treu arrives in the country with a solid background and he will be expected to build on the foundation laid by former coach Mike Friday and lead the side to a world series circuit win.
Injera has been named in the side that will be in Dubai over the weekend to take part in the year's second leg and he says that he is glad to have a man like Treu on board.
"Paul's appointment is a big boost for the whole team. On a personal level he has already taught me a lot.
"There is no day that goes past that we stop learning and it is going to be a different Kenya that you see this weekend. Of course we are still adapting, but it is something we are all looking forward to, he told the KRFU website.
This weekend Kenya face matches with Portugal, France and New Zealand and will be looking to improve on their Plate final appearance in Australia which has left them sixth in the overall standings.
