Nairobi - Impala RFC have named several guest players in the side that will participate at the Singapore Sevens tournament this weekend.
The club regularly participates in the tournament, and lost in the final of the plate tournament last year.
Nick Abok, the team manager, said they were hoping for an improved performance this time around.
“We are sending a strong team to the tournament and we expect to do better this time round,” Abok told the Star.
The guest players in the team are Quins skipper and Kenya Sevens
international Patrice Agunda, his Quins teammate Kevin Keegan and Kenya
Commercial Bank wing Jacob Ojee.

captain the side.
The tournament will feature teams from New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Fiji, France, Sweden and Canada.
Abok added that he expects a tough challenge, as many of the teams will boast international players from the IRB Seven’s Series.
