Facebook poke lands man in trouble

Abeokuta - A 31-year-old man has been arraigned before a Magistrate’s Court for allegedly poking the Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun on his Facebook wall.

He was alleged to have posted a message on Facebook saying that the state Governor had demolished the houses of some citizens without compensating them accordingly, reports NewsDay.

He was also accused of publishing the photograph of the APC Chairman in Sagamu Local Government, Femi Felix Kafar on his Facebook wall, claiming that the man has dumped the party for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)

Ogunnoiki, according to the charge sheet, contravened Section 249 (d) of the Criminal Code, volume II Laws of Ogun State, 2006.
