Land grabbing undertones as Kenyans reveal their #RutosBirthdayGifts

Nairobi - Social media is awash with satirical messages for Deputy President William Ruto as he celebrates his birthday.
Ruto, who has been at the center of various land grabbing scandals celebrates his 49th birthday Monday, with most of the messages containing satire on the social vice.

The opposition has linked the deputy president to the grabbing of of Langata Primary School playground and the adjacent plot belonging to the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCCA) where he allegedly constructed the Weston Hotel. He has also been on the spot over the grabbing of Kenya Pipeline lands in Nairobi and Prisons land in Upper Hill.
