Nairobi - Ruling coalition Jubilee and opposition CORD have finally agreed to come to the negotiating table over IEBC reforms.
On Sunday, CORD suspended their weekly anti-IEBC demos saying they had agreed to start discussions with the government over the matter.
For the last three months, CORD has been staging demos calling for the removal of IEBC commissioners over credibility issues following bungled elections in the past.

The two parties agreed to resolve the stalemate through dialogue amid claims of duplicity from each side, which hampered the talks.
Daily Nation reports that on Sunday, CORD leader Raila Odinga and DP William Ruto announced separately that they were ready to begin talks.
Ruto assured that issues that prevented the dialogue from taking place had been sorted out, while Raila expressed optimism that the process would proceed without a hitch.
