Is Jubilee planning to rig the 2017 Presidential election?

Mombasa - A controversial politician allied to the Jubilee party has declared that they will rig their way to victory in the upcoming presidential election.
Suleiman Shahbal, who contested the Mombasa gubernatorial seat in 2013 but lost to Ali Hassan Joho, was caught on camera saying that Jubilee will clinch the presidency by force.
In a clip posted on social media, Shahbal said: “Uchaguzi wa 2017 tutashinda. Tutashinda kwa nguvu; tutanunua, tutaiba … (We shall win the 2017 general election. We shall win by force; we shall buy; we shall rig…”
President Uhuru Kenyatta supported Shahbal's remarks saying he did not "need to add anything to what my good friend Suleiman Shahbal just said. I must win the 2017 elections".
But Kenyans were incensed by the declaration:
