Deputy President should be arrested for spreading hate speech, says CORD

Nairobi - CORD leaders have called for the arrest of Deputy President William Ruto for propagating hate speech.
The leaders accused Ruto of persistent hate speech campaign against the opposition, The Star reports.
They also accused the DP of using Eurobond money to destabilize opposition.

Ruto has been adversely mentioned in the departure and rebellion of ODM MPs from the western region.
Reports had emerged that he bought the party Secretary General, Ababu Namwamba in a bid to woo votern from the western bloc, which is considered an opposition stronghold.
Ruto however denied the reports and told Raila to let his party members to decide for themselves, further accusing the opposition leader of engaging in retrogressive politics that focuses on servitude and censuring of its members.
