Nairobi - The Standard reports former Attorney General Amos Wako has urged the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to end speculations of vote 'rigging' ahead of the March 4 polls.He said the country need to move away from some of the rumours which he noted could easily create unnecessary tension among supporters of rival candidates.
