Embu - The Standard reports leaders in Mt. Kenya on Sunday urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to seek re-election in the 2017 polls.
Speaking during a fundraiser for the construction of
Bethsaida Hospital at ACK St Paul Cathedral in Embu, attended by President Kenyatta, the leaders said they will ask voters in the region to vote for him.
According to Embu Senator Lenny Kivuti, they do not see another president coming up in the region any time soon and that is why they will vote for President Kenyatta for the second term in office.
