Uhuru can't run government from The Hague, NCCK

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) has said Uhuru and Ruto will have a difficult time running government from The Hague.

It however said the eight presidential candidates were exercising their democratic right to contest in the March 4 General Election. 

Referring to Friday's High Court ruling on a case challenging the eligibility of Kenyatta and Ruto to vie for elective office, NCCK Secretary General Rev Canon Peter Karanja said they ask for the law to be followed as they await the court ruling, which they shall agree with.
