Uhuru and Ruto urged not to run for office

Nairobi - The civil society has urged Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto to put their presidential ambitions on hold until ICC determines their cases.
In her statement to Capital News, Florence Jaoko, immediate former chairperson of the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights(KNCHR), said the two should take moral responsibility to first deal with the issues at hand.
Jaoko went on to add that it would be very untidy if they are elected, as you will have a president who is on the one hand governing you and on the other running off to The Hague for a trial.
