The new constitution will be fully enforced by Cord

Meru - Daily Nation reports the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy presidential candidate Raila Odinga has promised Kenyans to fully implement the new constitution if he wins the next month's polls.

He said the Cord coalition was carrying the liberation agenda and was determined to rid the country of all forms of inequalities.

According to the Prime Minister, Cord alliance has the will and capability to change the leadership of this country and offer lasting solutions to many problems facing Kenyans.
