Nairobi - The Truth, Justice and Reconciliation report accuses prominent personalities of inciting others to violence, abetting torture and land grabbing.
According to Daily Nation, the report accuses more than 30 current and former MPs or senators for taking part in the post election violence that left 1,133 people dead in 2007/2008.
In the report, President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto are also featured over claims that they masterminded the 2007 election violence, they were however spared any local action because their cases are at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
