Nairobi - Senators are pushing for the transfer of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) kitty from MPs to counties.
According to The Star, the senators want the kitty to be managed by governors saying that management by the MPs does not only cause confusion but also affects devolution.
They said that there were many parallel devolved fund systems that have ended up derailing devolution.
