Senators challenge Uhuru in court

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports senators have gone to court to challenge President Kenyatta's move to sign the Revenue Allocation Bill into law.
In their petition filed at the Supreme Court, the senators are seeking the advisory opinion of the High Court on ten constitutional points, they also want to know whether the right constitutional procedure was followed by parliament in passing the bill.
On Tuesday evening, the Senate interrupted its sitting and went into an emergency session to discuss President Kenyatta’s decision.
