Senator cautions governors against borrowing from countries

Thika - Governors have been cautioned against heavy borrowing from foreign countries.
According to Kiambu Senator Kimani Wamatangi, governors should consult the national government before going for the loans, The Star reports.
He said this should be done to prevent embezzlement of funds that may later force the government to repay the loans.
