Senate accuses Serem of lacking etiquette

Nairobi - The Standard reports the Senate has accused the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) of killing devolution in the country.
SRC chair Sarah Serem is also accused of lacking etiquette while addressing elected leaders and abusing constitutional powers.
According to Majority Leader Kithure Kindiki, Serem has turned herself into another politician. He says that they will not entertain being abused by a public servant and she must speak with decorum when addressing elected leaders.
