Ruto fury over losing his budget

Nairobi - While Deputy President William Ruto has been in the Hague attending his trials at the International Criminal Court the State House has taken the reigns over his financial budget,the Star reports.
Ruto is apparently enraged by the fact that he has no control over his expenditure, he will now have to request approval from the State House. Ruto is on trial , because of his alleged involvement in the violence that occurred in the country post-elections in 2007 and 2008.
A quote from a senior officer in the Office of the President said, "the Deputy President is no longer allowed to incur expenditure without approval from the Presidency".
