Registered inmantes to vote in March polls

Nairobi - The High Court has ordered IEBC to allow inmates who had registered as voters before their jail sentence to vote on March 4.

The Standard reports Justice David Majanja on Monday directed IEBC to put in place measures to ensure that inmates are registered to vote in future elections and referendums.

He gave the ruling in a case filed by Kituo Cha Sheria against IEBC and the Attorney General.
