Raila warned against holding rallies

Nairobi - The Standard reports Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka have been told by top security organ to suspend planned countrywide rallies as they could trigger violence.
A ban on political meetings was also upheld by the National Security Advisory Committee (NSAC).
NSAC said the public meetings were unwarranted and could trigger animosity and violence.
