Raila urges Kiraitu to join ODM

Nairobi - The Standard reports that, Prime Minister Raila Odinga has urged Energy Minister Kiraitu Murungi to abandon his Alliance Party of Kenya and join ODM.

Raila said Kiraitu and he have been together in politics for some time, adding that the South Imenti MP should join him instead of blindly following other leaders.

He said they have worked harmoniously since the time they fought for multi-party democracy.
