Raila threatens to boycott elections

Nairobi - The Standard reports former Prime Minister and Cord leader Raila Odinga says that the coalition may snub future elections conducted by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), if it is not reformed.
According to Raila, IEBC is the most corrupt and inefficient electoral commission in the Kenyan history and it has to undergo through major reforms before it handles another general election.
He threatened to withdraw Cord's candidates in any election conducted by the IEBC saying that elections ought to be competent if not then there is no need of going to the polls.
