Raila and Ruto to speak on devolution

Nairobi - The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) will hold its annual retreat to discuss critical issues affecting the devolution process in Kenya.
There have been numerous challenges affecting the devolution process, with a section of politicians accusing the Jubilee Administration of frustrating it and some even calling for an amendment of the constitution.
Among the key speakers at the conference themed 'Realising Devolution and Decentralisation Under The Constitution,' will be Deputy President William Ruto, Chief Justice Dr Willy Mutunga, Attorney General Prof. Githu Muigai, Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka.
