Protestors at Miguna’s rural home

Kisumu - According to Capital News reports, over 500 demonstrators were barred by police from accessing the rural home of Miguna Miguna in Nyando where they wanted to burn his effigy and ‘bury’ him.
The protesters were enraged by the contents of Miguna’s book ‘Peeling Back the Mask’ in which they argue he has accused Prime Minister Raila Odinga falsely and tarnished his name with unfounded information.
One of the protestors said that they were angry at Miguna Miguna for accusing Raila falsely.
