President at risk of ‘shaving without water’ says Raila

Nairobi- Opposition leader and former PM, Raila Odinga has declared July 7 a public holiday, saying the day will mark a new beginning for Kenya.
The CORD co-Principal urged Kenyans to desist from work that day as he is planning to hold the Saba Saba rally in a bid to ‘redeem the country’.
This comes a few days after the President ruled out the possibility of holding talks with the opposition on Saba Saba day, even as various opposition leaders insist on the need for urgent national dialogue.
Speaking in Migori Friday during the first public rally, Daily Nation reports, Raila said President Uhuru Kenyatta's failure to embrace dialogue puts him at risk of ‘shaving without water’.
