Nairobi - According to reports by Capital News, a number of MPs from the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) are concerned about the way in which the Kenyan government is handling the ICC verdict, saying it could split the country.
As he briefed the press, Ababu Namwamba, Budalangi’ MP said that an agreement signed between President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga upon receipt of the Waki report detailed how to handle the people charged with the various roles in the post election violence.
Namwamba went on to add that any decisions regarding how the government should act on the matter must be handled by the implementation sub-committee, and they are against the formation of other ad hoc organs.
