Ngilu opposes push for referendum

Nairobi - Lands and Housing Secretary Charity Ngilu has opposed the governors and Cord leaders push for a referendum to amend the Constitution.
Ngilu said the Jubilee government should be given time to implement its policies and fulfill the promises it made to voters during campaigns, Daily Nation reports.
She lashed out at former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, saying that he should withdraw the referendum push.
