New bid to have Raila face ICC

A fresh bid to rope in Prime Minister Raila Odinga in the post-election violence cases at the ICC is in the offing following an application by 126 victims admitted to participate in the first William Ruto and Others case.

Through their lawyer Sureta Chana, the victims have also disowned chief prosecutor Moreno Ocampo's investigations which they doubt were meaningful. They say they  were not interviewed by Ocampo and they are not aware of any one interviewed by the prosecutor.

 They want the confirmation decision adjourned and Ocampo asked to conduct further investigation or the case be confirmed but with a request to the prosecutor to provide further evidence.
