Nairobi - A poll petitioner who had filed petition challenging the election of Ababu Namwamba as Budalangi MP is accusing him of commiting election malpractice, The Standard reports.
According to the petitioner, the March 4 election was marred by bribery of presiding officers.
Through his lawyer Ashford Muriuki, the petitioner said ODM candidates Amos Wako and Namwamba organised a private meeting with some of the IEBC's presiding officers at Mulukhoba Beach Resort, which is against electoral guidelines.
