Mudavadi calls for Western unity

28 February 2013, 10:31

Kapsokwony - The Standard reports Amani Coalition presidential candidate Musalia Mudavadi has called for Western unity to ensure that he wins in the coming polls.

While addressing his supporters in Kapsokwony, he challenged voters from the region to ensure their numbers count in the March 4 elections.

He said statistics over the years have consistently shown only 60 per cent of registered voters from western Kenya turn up to vote.
