Nairobi - Capital News reports that Parliament has adjourned proceedings on Wednesday afternoon indefinitely after a heated debate that saw MPs go beyond the normal parliamentary timelines.

Gichugu MP Martha Karua said that it is irresponsible of Parliament to go home and leave Kenyans with the threat of losing their hard earned homes and shelter because of high interest rates.
