Nairobi - Daily Nation reports the electoral commission will be forced to reprint ballot papers for the Makueni by-election afresh, after it emerged that Mutula Kilonzo Jnr's name was missing on the documents.
The more than 300,000 ballot papers had been ordered from a UK firm by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and were printed without the name of the Makueni Wiper Democratic Party candidate.
According to IEBC chairman Ahmed Issack Hassan, the commission had ordered the ballot papers printed even before the court ruled against Kethi Kilonzo's candidature.
