Kidero asks court to reject Waititu's evidence

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero has asked a court to reject Ferdinand Waititu's new evidence saying that it was time-barred.
Lawyer representing Kidero, Tom Ojienda, told Justice Richard Mwongo that by so doing he will be acting against the election laws that required the former Embakasi MP to put in all his evidence within the 28 days of filing an election petition.
Ojienda said that if Waititu is allowed to put in new evidence, his client will require more time to respond and answer all the fresh issues being
