Keter: Jubilee will lose 2017 General Election

03 February 2014, 13:23

Lessos - Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter says the Jubilee government must sack all top corrupt officers or else it will lose the 2017 General Election.

He said President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto should not be misled that they will rule for 20 years and instead address corruption in their government, or else they may be rejected by voters, Daily Nation reports.

He continued with his call for the President to stop the controversial Standard Gauge Railway Project, saying taxpayers will lose KES 400 billion if it goes on as declared by President Kenyatta.

Keter also raised concern over the distribution and allocation of employment in the country, especially in the military, where he claimed that some communities were being favored to get these positions.
