Nairobi - Lawyer Kioko Kilukumi has been dropped from Deputy President William Ruto's ICC case.
The name of the attorney who was part of the defence team representing Ruto at the Hague was found missing from the latest documents filed in court, The Standard reports. President Uhuru Kenyatta's defense team is also said to have left out legal representatives from Kenya.
Alongside radio presenter Arap Sang, the two are facing trial for crimes against humanity during the 2007 presidential election violence.
