Kamanda supports MPs trip to The Hague

Nairobi - Starehe MP Maina Kamanda, has backed a move by 100 MPs to accompany Deputy President William Ruto to The Hague.
He criticized attempts by a lobby group to block the MPs form traveling with Ruto to The Hague as his trial begins saying that the MPs will pay the costs of the trip themselves, The Star reports.
Coast Women in Development (CWID) executive director, Betty Sharon had accused the government of wasting public funds to foot the bills for the MPs who are planning to accompany Ruto to the Hague to give him moral support.
