Jubilee drops UDF's Mudavadi

Nairobi - URP leader William Ruto and Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday announced that they had dropped UDF's Musalia Mudavadi on mutual consent from their Jubilee coalition.

In a statement to Daily Nation, the two leaders said DPM Musalia Mudavadi will pursue his presidential ambitions without the involvement of Jubilee alliance.

Eldoret North MP Ruto said Tononoka campaigns will proceed as scheduled on Saturday and a delegates conference will be held in Kasarani on Sunday to endorse Kenyatta as the presidential candidate.
