IEBC says it can't give Kethi documents

Nairobi - The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) declined to hand over some documents demanded by lawyer Kethi Kilonzo saying that they are still under investigation.
According to The Star, IEBC lawyer Mohammed Mahat told High Court Judge David Majanja that they are willing to give Kethi the commission's documents that were used by witnesses who testified against her before the Dispute Resolution Committee since the others were with the CID.
Kethi is seeking court orders to compel the IEBC to give her the documentary evidence that was used to nullify her nomination to vie in the Makueni senatorial by-election.
