ICC names bench to hear Ocampo Four appeals

The International Criminal Court has appointed a five-judge bench to hear appeals filed by four Kenyans whose charges were confirmed a week ago.

The appeal judges will hear the appeals filed by Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, former Head of Civil Service Francis Muthaura, Eldoret North MP Uhuru Kenyatta and Journalist Joshua Sang.

In a statement issued by ICC, Judge Akua Kuenyehia, a Ghanaian will be the Presiding Judge in the appeal.
