High Court clears Uhuru and Ruto to contest

Nairobi - The Standard reports Jubilee Alliance Presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta and his running mate William Ruto are free to vie in the March 4 elections after an integrity case filed against them before the High Court flopped.
The judges ruled that the integrity case cannot hold water as per the Constitution.
According to the judges, Uhuru and Ruto have been nominated by their respective parties and cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to contest in the elections.
