Hassan admits technological failure in March polls

Nairobi - The Standard reports the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Isaac Hassan has admitted that there was technological failure during March polls.
According to Hassan, the failure in the voter verification devices on the voting day was serious.
He says they were forced to use the print outs of voter registration adding that
the electronic transmission also did not work as expected.
