Govt accused of plotting to oust uncooperative governors

Nairobi - The Council of Governors Chairman, Isaac Ruto has faulted Jubilee for plotting to oust uncooperative county bosses.
Ruto, who is also the Bomet Governor, blamed the Majority Leader Aden Duale for working with the United Republican Party to impeach governors in various counties within the Rift Valley region.
According to The Standard, governors Benjamin Cheboi (Baringo), Alex Tolgos (Elgeyo/Marakwet) and Prof Paul Kiprono Chepkwony (Kericho) have so far received impeachment threats from the members of their county assemblies.
