Njoro - Governors are ready to drop their push for Pesa Mashinani referendum push if the government addresses their grievances.
Speaking at Njoro Saturday, Isaac Ruto said they are willing to call of their campaigns if the government allows the Council of Governors to draft a ‘homegrown bill’ that will thereafter be passed into law.
He further dismissed claims that they are working with CORD in their referendum push, saying that they are concerned about the welfare of citizens at the grassroots.
