Court: Petitions lacked sufficient evidence

Nairobi - Capital News reports presidential election petitions that were filed after March 4 elections were rejected on the account of lack of sufficient evidence, according to the Supreme Court has revelation.
According to a detailed judgment issued on Monday, the Court was unanimous that the evidence did not affect the outcome of the election.
The six-judge Bench said the petitioners failed to show that President Uhuru Kenyatta had not attained the constitutional threshold of being declared winner.
