Cord Alliance pledges to transform Kenya

Nairobi - The Standard reports as the race for State House intensifies, the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) unveiled its ten-point pledges to the country to woo voters to its side.

The Coalition’s luminaries, led by Prime Minister Raila Odinga unveiled the document that they say contains the aspirations of Kenyans promising to honour it should they ride to power.

In the manifesto is CORD’s pledge to create more jobs by establishing at least one major industry in each county and establish a 24-hour economy in major urban centres.
